We’re excited to bring you VOICES this year – in person! To create the most exciting and engaging experience possible, we want to make sure all your questions are answered. Check back here as we will continue to update with details as we have them.
We’ll start 19th May at 8:00 am with check-in and breakfast. The sessions that day will be from 9:00 – 5:00 pm and then we’ll have a closing dinner reception 5:00 – 8:00 pm.
VOICES London will be held in compliance with all locally mandated COVID-19 requirements and we will share a complete health and safety guide with all attendees as we get closer.
In accordance with the government guidance, COVID passes are no longer required for those who are attending events. It is recommended that you take a lateral flow test before you attend VOICES.
We have enhanced all cleaning regimes before, during and post event, sanitising all surfaces throughout Tobacco Dock and using long lasting cleaning solutions to reduce the risk of contact infections.
We will livestream some sessions, however, not the entire conference. Virtual tickets will go on sale in the coming days and we will announce which sessions we’ll livestream at that point as well.
We will record all sessions, unless not permitted to do so by specific speakers. All recorded sessions will be available for registrants to view for six months after VOICES.
We will have a cloakroom available onsite for you to use free of charge.
There will be free Wi-Fi available for you to connect to at the venue.
Make your way down to Wapping Lane and enter through the main gates. The security team will then direct you towards the registration area in the Dock Gallery.
Tobacco Dock is located in the heart of East London’s thriving enterprise zone, within striking distance of Central London and straightforward to reach by public transport, lying between Wapping (Overground) and Shadwell (Overground and DLR) stations, as well as plenty of nearby bus stops (routes 100 and D3).
There is a car park opposite the venue’s Wapping Lane entrance with capacity for 615 vehicles. This is owned and run by an external company, YellowPark, and spaces can be booked through their website.
There isn't a strict dress code, we're keeping it business casual!
Yes we will be providing breakfast, lunch and dinner for all guests as well as a drinks reception in the evening. There will be vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options available. If you suffer from a food allergy please get in touch with Laura Thwaites (email@example.com).
Our attendees will be internal communicators, IT, HR and business leaders from a variety of different industries.
